The pillow selection was a game changer, and the shower's water pressure was perfect. Room service was available 24/7, and they even whipped up delicious off-menu items. Plus, the location was a huge win 😄

This was the most stylish hotels we stayed in during our recent trip to Turkey. Converted from a '60s era bank, it is now temple to modern high-style that has surely featured in all the international interiors magazines. Nothing has been left to chance, even down to the stationery and amenities. Acres of gloss black glass in the bedrooms and public areas, beautiful modern artworks throughout, staff in all-black designer uniforms (of course!). All this could've resulted in a cold, sterile hotel with no soul. We were greeted with warmth and friendliness by all staff, most especially the two young ladies on reception duties. They upgraded us to a suite for some unknown reason--perhaps because it was a Saturday, and this is probably more popular with expense account business travellers? Who knows. We loved it, and were thrilled! Its location is terrific for the visitor wanting to explore the bazaar and walk the city's best streets and the recently converted wharf now a small shopping centre filled with high quality shops and cafes. Parking is available.
Nothing! However, the Concierge (a delightful, very helpful man) needs much better everyday English. He is such an asset to the hotel, this would be a very worthwhile investment. We all struggled to understand each other, but managed well enough with a laugh and lots of smiles.

Everything was very good, though a few employees were annoying. The superior double room was exquisite and well-designed:)))

The staff were really nice by surprising me with a complimentary late checkout after I mentioned my travel schedule. Check out nearby cafés for a local breakfast experience.

The staff was genuinely great throughout my stay.
I encountered significant issues with noise from the street during the night, disrupting my sleep. I found the furnishings in the room to be quite outdated, and the bathroom amenities were not replenished daily as expected. The breakfast offerings, while satisfactory, lacked variety, leaving me wanting more.

It is a butique hotel which is tastefully decorated. The restaurant and bar is also very pleasant. I had a seaview room and enjoyed it very much. All in all this hotel is a very welcoming change for the busy business traveller used to staying in big chain hotels.

The Key Hotel in Izmir is an absolute gem! I devoured some good salads during breakfast while soaking in the fine promenade views. The rooms are classy with immaculate cleanliness, and the staff go the extra mile, turning every encounter into a good experience.
A minor hiccup? The rooms facing the main street can catch some noise from traffic and late-night music-still, nothing that tarnished my stay or the fabulous vibe of the place!

Most modern Hi-tech hotel we have stayed in. First one to ever offer a free lap top and printer if required. Great shower and not set over a stupid outdated bath - not sure why some even new hotels are so backward thinking in their designs! Great location on the harbor edge with perfect sunset views. Have a look at Trip Advisor for all the other positive reviews!

Had a sea view room, woke up to that sunset every morning. The room tech? Super cool. Got a free mini bar and Molton Brown in the bathroom-big win! Breakfast with a view, too. Kaan at the desk was a gem, super fast and helpful. Seriously, can't get over how good this was!
